Access Times
10 Bloomsbury Way is open 24 hours a day
- Reception will have 2 receptionists on duty between the hours of 08:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.
- A evening receptionist will cover the main desk from 17:30 - 21:30 Monday to Friday.
- Security will cover the main reception desk Monday to Friday from 21:30 - 08:00 & on the weekends, the desk is covered 24 hours a day by a memeber of the 10BW security team.
Disabled Access and Amenitie
For those persons physically impaired access can be gained by either entrance.
Contractor Access
In order for contractors to perform works on behalf of tenants, it is occasionally necessary for contractors to access restricted areas of 10 Bloomsbury Way. On each occasion, a formal request for access must be submitted in advance by the contractor or tenant with the following information included in the request.
- Tenancy and tenant contact details
- Contractor company, employee and scope of works to be performed
- The location and scope of the works to be performed
- The date, time and duration of the works
The form must be signed by an authorised tenant representative and submitted to the M10 Bloomsbury Way Building Management at least 24 hours prior to the requested time of access. Following 10 Bloomsbury Way Building Management review and approval, access will be provided to the tenant's contractors to perform the works.
Technicians and service personnel responding to after hours or emergency service requests will be permitted access to 10 Bloomsbury Way and/or tenancy areas ONLY with the permission of an authorised tenant representative.
In the event that keys and Security Access Cards are issued to tenant contractors, the contractors will be required to- Sign out the keys, Security Access Cards and passes
- Wear and display security passes in a prominent position at all times
- Return and sign in the keys, Security Access Cards and passes before leaving 10 Boomsbury Way
Keys, Security Access Cards and passes will be issued by the Security during all working hours. In the event that keys, Security Access Cards or passes are lost or damaged, the Tenant or their contractor will be responsible for the full replacement costs.
After Hours Access
After hours access is provided via the use of a valid proximity card to operate the after hours door located on 10 Bloomsbury Way or via the rear entrance.
Security can also be contacted via the intercom system located at all entrances and at the 10 Bloomsbury Way foyer after hour's door. Access to non-key holders will only be provided where prior authorisation has been provided to the Security Desk.
